I don't think the application is filed, but I may be wrong in that. Usually the company announces it but that may not be the case.

I also have been in COVD for the past year. When they hit 4, there was talk of their application for relisting. The company issued a PR. They were unable to stick above 4 or get an exemption so that fell by the board. Nobody posted the formal application. COVD is covered by a very knowledgable Yahoo club and if there were a filing, it would have been posted.

What was also interesting was that there was a lot of manipulation and still is to keep COVD under 4. Eventually, I believe it will blast up but there seemed to be a lot of shorting action to keep it under 4. My cynical nature tells me that there was strong interest to keep COVD on OTC as it is one of the largest OTC companies. Volume makes money for the OTC MM's.

I don't think that will happen to TVIN as it is way below the radar of the real manipulators. Once it hits mid 4's and looks like it will stay in the 4's, the listing will be priced in and I believe it goes to 6.25 or more.

As you know, listing brings a whole new universe of buyers, particularly institutional and funds. Insiders will be able to liquidate some of their holdings and not tank rallies as they have done in the past. Volume of institutional buys dwarfs retail interest in a microcap.
