Elmat,I would be surprised if AG raises the interest rate before the next election in the states.Bush has enough problems to deal with besides the psychological effect that an interest rate increase would have on investors.He needs the market and therefore the economy to be PERCEIVED to be moving along smoothly to get re-elected.
