Kerry has a lot more in common than JFK that you would like to admit. But John was a real war hero while JFK was sort of a phony one (PT-109 wsa a trumped up story). What he didn't have (and Bush and JFK had) was a rich powerful daddy who made things easy for him. Otherwise, he has a lot in common with both of them, except he's head over heels superor to Bush in terms of character, courage, honesty and intellect.
