The question is who is the client? If the company is the client, then the noisy withdrawal makes sense. After all, it is the company who pays the bills and the shareholders own the company, not the execs.

If the execs are footing the bill [which we all know is not the case], then i'm not sure that the noisy withdrawal makes sense.
