Takeover is remote..very remote. there is a poison pill out there. is it attractive sure...and can be had for a song. I will tell ya that the technicals appear to be improving and I remained encouraged that it holding in this area and the lows are getting higher and the highs are getting higher.

There is hope that mgmt will get its act together and we'll see some insiders doing some open market buying,
