It could be but this wall is a land grab again. It cuts deeper into the territories and walls in some towns and has destroyed thousands upon thousands of olive trees. The move is to cut off the Palestinians economically also. Declare all groups as terrorists even if they run hospitals. Keep control of the water and literally have them by the balls.
