Gore and Dean's new campaign manager are not insiders?
This "insider outsider" business is mostly BS anyway. Dean was head of the Governors and spent plenty of time in DC. The only reason Dean even uses the word "insider" is that he thinks it will buy him some votes. Really, it's meaningless. BTW: Dean paid Trippi 5.2 million for his services. Some grass roots campaign. That's the most I've ever heard anyone paying a campaign chief.
