Thank you for making me look at that data again..........I was able to find a paragraph below the chart that broke down the write-in votes.

"Write-ins and others include: Bateman (Democrat): 3; Moseley Braun (Democrat): 6; Carter (Democrat): 1; Clark (Democrat): 1,467; Dean (Democrat): 1,888; Edwards (Democrat): 916; Gephardt (Democrat): 3; Kerry (Democrat): 3,009; Kucinich (Democrat): 43; LaRouche (Democrat): 6; Lieberman (Democrat): 941; Linnell (Democrat): 1; O'Donnell (Democrat): 1; Penna (Democrat): 1; Sharpton (Democrat): 15; Scatter: 973."

Surprise!!!You were wrong!!!

Kerry had the most write in votes, followed by Dean and Clark and Edwards. It was proportionally similar to how the Democrats voted.

By the way.............. The NH primary is not an open primary( in case you are not a genius you can search google and find out what that is)............the Republican votes didn't screw up anything...........Registered Republicans were counted separate from the votes of registered Democrats. SInce NH has an modified closed primary, independents can vote in the party of their choice.

If 8200 Independents went to the Republican primary to write in a Democratic name they must be ticked off at the lies. distortions, omissions and perversions of the Bush administration!

Over 200,00 Democrats went to the polls to vote. A state record for voter turnout.
