The issue does not seem to stop with Mikhail Khodorkovsky alone.

There are two others, who have close associations with Isra'El.

One is Leonid Nevzlin, a major shareholder in the Russian oil giant YUKOS, who has actually fled to Isra'El to avoid charges of tax fraud and embezzlement in Russia. The businessman, who has a Jewish grandparent, applied for Israeli citizenship and received it.

The other is Platon Lebedev, one of Russia's richest men, is already facing three charges, including theft of state property during a 1994 privatisation deal, and is currently in custody.
