You have any source for your accusations? Any record of charges or records of court martial? Where's the record of charges, court martial, conviction, and dishonorable discharge? You can look up the UCMJ easily yourself and find the distinction between the two non-events, and you can find plenty of authority for the fact that no accusations of either were leveled at the time, no charges brought; nada. Doesn't it seem just a little bit odd to you that these claims only arose decades after the alleged "fact", at a politically opportune time? Doesn't that smell just a little bit to you, as a supposedly rational thinker? Wasn't an issue. Until, of course, hate mongers like your mentors and you started making things up. I'm much more concerned about Kerry's murdering innocent South Vietnamese villagers, including an old man tending to a water buffalo. Why doesn't Kerry's murder of innocents draw your attention more than this nonsense?
