Is the BBC talking about the Hutton Report anymore? The online news seems to be limited itself to vague generalities and letters to the editor. The British dailies' leaders mostly seem to be saying, "Whatever the (failings, omissions, problems) with the Hutton Report, the BBC has big professional and structural problems. Address them and fix them." As far as I can tell, the BBC seems to be first and foremost trying to placate its staff.
