Really makes you want to laughcrykickadawg. Only $10bil a year in waste.

And that dawg is such a tired old dawg. It hasn't been that long, maybe seven or eight years, since the Feds figured out that they were wasting more money tracking down those payment errors than the moneys they could reclaim. I was so pleased when they finally figured that one out. Looks like they've forgotten it again.

Gotta cut programs. Gotta improve productivity. The rest is crap.
