Jack, the battle for the nomination now rests on the results of two States: Oklahoma and South Carolina. If Clark comes in second in Oklahoma then it is all over for him. His money dries up soon thereafer. And the same goes for South Carolina.

Would be interesting to see if Edwards wins SC and comes in distant thirds in the rest or in most of the rest, what he would do. What the party bigwigs would tell him to do and whether he would fall in line with them or not.

And off course Dean is going to hang to hang in there. But I wonder for how long. He should take a cue fron Al Gore, who hung in there in Dec 2000 but finally gave in to the party big wigs after the Supreme Court decision.
