Does anyone know if there's a program I can purchase that does a complete job of defragmenting. My wife uses a computer that our son had at the office (so it's had lots of use) -- Windows 2000 using Netscape Navigator and when defragmenting, it "finishes" with "lots of red" (defragmented remaining) still showing.
