at $248K per cell site for CDMA20001x and EV-DO. If thats how much a CDMA base station is currently selling for, I would pretty much lose all hope for GSM 1x seeing a wide spread deployment. I cant seem to find the report right now, but I am pretty sure that Modoff is one of the people who has said that W-CDMA base stations are now cheaper than GSM base stations and that they are both below $100,000. Slacker
