Do you know if management has committed to a buyback?

I agree with you, this is as boring as it gets. But I don't know anyone whose allergic to money and BKI has done well since coming public. For some reason after reading both of Peter Lynch's books, I'll bet he would love this stock.

The stock still looks attractive for long term given where it sells to its growth rate. Insiders hold 65% of the shares and Investor's Busniess Daily included a chart of the stock in today's edition with it hitting a 52 week and all time high. BKI is easy for me to follow; there based in my hometown and get very favorable press here. I must confess, I've never owned the stock, but it has caught my eye as the local paper has been giving it a ton of good press in its business section. Plus, Morgan Keegan (a southeastern brokerage firm with an office in Memphis) has never been afraid to talk up the company. They stated today that the Canadian acquistion will help with next year's earnings.
