Kerry killed a man was who aiming an RPG at his Swift Boat. Kerry leapt off the boat and chased him into the bush where he killed him. The guy's RPG misfired, otherwise Kerry and the others would be dead. It took enormous courage to go into that bush alone without support. This was just one of many incidents where Kerry's bravery was proven. For this he won a Silver Star. For pulling a Green Beret out of the river under heavy fire he earned a Bronze Star. Just so you know, the extreme right-wing "vets" who attack Kery on their websites are extreme liars and smear tacticians. Some of them never served in the military. Those who did wish we were still fighting in Nam.
