Of course. There are two or three small Swiss companies involved in possible violations. The investigations started already here, despite Switzerland not being a member of the UN back then.
And I'd be glad to know whether US intel assisted when Saddam used chemical weapons. They seem not to be too shy to deliver taylored information to all kind of crooks.

In the case of WMD the UN didn't fail as we learn by day. Even the president is now interested in facts, as he said.
