Jim, Janet and Justin did it on purpose. No doubt about it. Janet's wardrobe "malfunctioned" conveniently at the end of the performance (as opposed to the middle, so as not to disrupt the flow of the show), and right after Justin sang the line, "And I'll have you naked by the end of this song." Nothing sells like controversy, especially regarding sex. Just ask Paris Hilton or Pamela Anderson. Janet will probably take her secret to the grave, but her stunt was deliberate and obvious.
