Nobody had a clue about Brady, except Bill Walsh. I don't think it's a matter of numbers - I think Larry Fitzgerald is a bit over-rated - he's good, don't get me wrong, but he isn't a god that will turn a team around. There are ton of players out there called 'sleepers', and we don't know about them because the press has concentrated on only the few that make the top 10 on the Heisman watch list, and that is especially true of the last 10 years or so. I am convinced you are a product of the system you play for, would Marino have done as well if he played in GB ? Would Favhre be as good if he played in SD ? Would Montana survived in Cleveland ? Look how Plummer did in Denver this year ?! Kitna was great in Cincy this year, with a Heisman award winning guy behing him (taking notes).
