When the bell rings in the Spring Festival every year there appears a marvelous scene in front of the banks of Chinese capital in the lower New York City and China Town, the most concentrated areas for Chinese emigrants in the USA. A long queue of hundreds or even thousands of people is waiting there anxiously, hoping to send their money back to China as early as possible.
