If they said those words exactly, they would be exploding the logical fallacy, wouldn't they? But I see the PC "mustn't judge, all cultures are equally valid" attitude all the time, combined with a belief in human rights. The practical upshot is, they judge only countries deemed to be "Western", and leave the others alone. One reason we've heard so little about the abuses in the Sudan, for example.
