You're referring to only one of the unarmed people Kerry killed in Vietnam. The one you're talking about was disarmed, wounded, and fleeing when Kerry hunted him down and, as American Spirit once said, "killed him with his bare hands." On another occasion, Kerry commanded his crewman to open fire with a 60 cal. machine gun on an unarmed old civilian man tending a water buffalo. It's documented in a Boston Globule story and elsewhere.
