the point is that there are conflicting doctrines in the current government that have us in this state.... largest deficit ever and even more spending on the way. On the one hand conservatives preach free trade which is directly responsive for millions of lost white collar jobs- these were the same people conservative voters were using to subsidize their big spending. OK so we're broke, what to do? The only way to "grow out" of these deficits is with US based job growth, passive income won't help, it isn't taxed! Its kindof funny actually.
