net2phone/vonage/Charter Communications -- possible cable telephony partner ... In early to mid December 2003, Charter was presenting at brokerage/bank investment conferences. At the time, the first presentation said they were in discussions with NTOP. The second said they were in ongoing discussions with NTOP. One pdf. presentation showed Net2Phone, a second elsewhere showed Net2Phone and Vonage. Charter presented at the JP Morgan High Yield Conference today. This is from page 22 of the presentation. 2004 Telephony Initiatives .Expand serviceable homes and increase penetration in Wisconsin and Missouri. .Increase voIP deployments to 3 markets. .Determine financial and operational benefits of entering smaller markets via a partnering model -- (discussions with Sprint, MCI, AT&T, Net2phone). .Build off foundation already in place; continue investment in automation of order processing, provisioning and trouble ticketing.
