I don't have a URL handy, but I have posted articles showing that precisely the opposite is true. The murder rate in Baghdad is way below our big Cities. What is going on at the moment with the Iraqis attempting to form a Government is exactly what is to be expected. Democracy is messy. Dictatorships are not. You expect the worse. Just hang on a little while longer.
