Bush is the biggest spender of all time. Even Rush Limbaugh acknowledged that Kerry could not possibly spend more than Bush.

Kerry is very clean on campaign finance. Bush is the al-time champ of special interest money and favors done in exchange, along with delay. They literally let lobbyists write their policy fine print, which include indemnifying companies who give them money from lawsuits.
