LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Processing Company, LLC (NPC®), a leading provider of merchant credit and debit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced a multi-year credit card processing agreement with privately owned Mimi's Cafe. Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will provide authorization and settlement of all MasterCard®, VISA®, American Express®, Discover® and Diner Club® transactions accepted at all Mimi's Cafe restaurant locations. Mimi's Cafe, based in Orange County, California, operates 82 bistro-like dining establishments that have been serving high-quality, eclectic cuisine since the first restaurant opened in 1978. Each restaurant features American dishes, made-from-scratch, in a vibrant New Orleans inspired atmosphere. Each Mimi's location is different from the rest to keep it from seeming like part of a chain of restaurants - creating visual excitement to go along with a superb dining experience.
