Iraq not budgeted? WTF???? Economically Iraq is a "basket case". The overwhelming bulk of the population has no money and no job. The American taxpayer is paying to "rebuild" (in many cases, make that build) Iraqi infrastructure. Included in that infrastructure are hospitals. Now when a penniless Iraqi walks (or is carried) into a hospital, and receives medical attention, who pays for it? Hmmm... So it's the Bush policy that the American taxpayer pays for universal Iraqi health care coverage, but Americans are left with ... well, you know. JMO lurqer
