Sorry William, big boo boo on my part...hard day at work. I wrote down the TOTAL shares outstanding, both for Manu and Amswa. Actually Amswa is selling 2.2 million shares and Manu 1.9 million. Still the question, is either more dilutive than the other since they are going about it in two different ways....Amswa/IPO and Manu/issuing more. Once again sorry for the misinformation....thanks for catching it.
