Eric,

Marek brought up an interesting thought when he said
"I'll try to locate Wildcat mine, dig gold, pay the royalties to you and your partners, keep the rest with your permission."

Have you considered letting gold seeking hobbyists work on your claim for a set daily fee or percentage of what they find, until Wildcat is ready for production? I've read of other people doing this, and turning it into a profitable business.

All it would take is a little research, a good liability waiver, and a few well placed ads in Treasure Hunting magazines. You'd be surprised (well, maybe you wouldn't....) how many people would be willing to pay for the chance to hunt for the elusive gold in its natural habitat.

It wouldn't cost very much to find out. This site charges $1.00 per word with a 12 word minimum.
