You got that right!!! According to the posting today, Pepsi is a 30 billion dollar a year annual revenue and the restaurants only make 10 billion of it. That is one third the total company. One thing I'm happy about is that they are not going to dilute the share price of our Pepsi shares (unless I misread it) and Tricon is going to pay a 5 billion "distribution fee" and Pepsi plans on paying down debt and buying some its own shares back. That I like and will take happily. I like my Pepsi shares!! Drink Pepsi, get stuff!!! Good luck everyone.
