They won't start a revolution with Ricin. A friend of mine described to me how a revolution could be started, he explained that on day one you set up a group of snipers in three cities and focus on parking meter attendants, his feeling was on day two no parking meter attendant would show up for work anywhere. On day three or four you load the hole they're burying the first parking meter attendant into and blow him back out of the hole. I disagree strongly with his approach and have always felt the revolution should start in the senate parking lot.
