John, thanks for the links. I don't see anything in the future requirements for NASDAQ smallcap that will be that tough to overcome other than simply the price of the stock. UMSI already meets some of them and the ones they don't meet would be met with an increased share price. I beleive that if the PR firm does its job and the December filing is a positive that this price can be met. However, if things do go well, could not a second offering in March be detrimental to that price? (is there a time length that the $4.00 price must be maintained to receive listing?) thanks, hraka
