Neo, Not really. I disagreed with his dad on many things, but he was a competent chief executive. Clinton was very competent, whether you liked him or not. I couldn't stand my former commander in chief, but LBJ was competent. With Dubya, everything from submitting a budget that is much worse than estimates of just a few weeks ago to the absence of an Iraq exit strategy shows poor ol' Shrub hasn't got his act together. That's one of the reasons this is the most secretive White House ever. They don't want anyone to watch the Keystone Kops in action. And incompetence combined with supreme arrogance makes this a very dangerous White House gang.
