INAP announced postponement of its 4thQ earnings results and CC. ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2004--Internap Network has delayed its announcement of financial results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2003 and related earnings call originally scheduled for 5 p.m. The earnings release will be issued on February 9, and the conference call has been rescheduled for 9a.m. on,February 9. During the fourth quarter, Internap made two acquisitions and completed the restructuring that began in early 2003. The postponement of the earnings announcement was made in order to complete the accounting adjustments for these activities and finalize the independent auditors' review of the financial results for the fourth quarter and the year end.
