yes i hear dtc freeze was lifted and that andy mann says he will deliver stock by tues. i do not understand how he can do this unless he buys in the market. you see stock at dtc was not free trading or it would have been dumped into market. i believe that frozen accounts will be disgorged to cover. then shares will be called into name. we will no more this afternoon . i will pm you then, i believe market will react by thurs.

yes they have called many of us too. injuction forces them to deliver stock to court. it was meyerson who assisted them with games at dtc. from what i can figure out it seems that aznt served dtc. this service went above meyerson shill and dtc instructed to lift freeze as per aznts request. i hear andy mann call company to say he will deliver stock. if stock at dtc was really free trading we would be at .01 right now!! we will see disgorging of frozen accounts i believe. but i speculate about that point. i will do my best to get accurate picture of next few days and will pm you with what i learn.

ok here is what i know and i will learn more today. jboxford and canacorde are in contempt of court. partial lift of freeze revealed no 4mm free trading shares at dtc. court is ordering dtc deliver certificate for the invalid stock to the court. the court will deliver it to aznt who will cancel it. jboxford from what i know must deliver 4mm free trading shares to court by next tues.. they also are in contempt for shorting aznt 40,000 shares monday and more yesterday. that violates injunction and aznt instructions to mm's.
i will learn more today and keep you informed. aznt is still building libel suit against certain bashers too!.

yes, tommorow the 4.48mm shares are to be delivered to the court. then the court will deliver them to aznt. then aznt will 'freeze' them, they are invalid shares of 144 stock. they are not free trading shares! once they are returned the company will put out pr saying it has new tick ANTI and new cusip number and they will call bgtits 2.5mm shares into name with accompanying letter to brokers stating to deliver stock or face grand larceny charges. 3 mm shares were shorted against manns invalid stock. the 4mm share certificate was broken up and divided among the firms named in the suit. now those shares will be returned, stock will be called into name and brokerages advised of legal ramifications if stock not delivered. bgtits investors have 2.5mm shares, short against manns invalid stock is 3mm shares, that is 5.8mm shares and float is 720,000 shares. manns short is 180,000 shares. janice shell knows nothing. she is just stock manipulator.
release should follow delivery of 4.48mm shares.

Just got off the phone with source. The new lawyer is a securities professional, this is great. You are right, Andy Mann has done this twice before. He is in big trouble, it looks like AZNT will get him before other companies do. Mike Zapara has dug himself a grave also. JBOxford is getting screwed from Attorney at DTC. If Mann disappears JBOxford is screwed. DTC has threatened to get rid of AZNT, this would only hurt themselves because they would have to come up with the shares. Ex-clearing wont work against AZNT, only help them. JBOxford is fighting really hard right now, wonder why! Rick Marchese is as bad off as Mann. Texas group is just waiting for the 4mm cert to be delivered, once it has they want to take stock price to $20.00+ Everything is looking well just like you say. i talk to qualey yesterday for long time. dtc may try to say that cert was returned to jboxford when they go to court on thursday. if this is case then aznt will ask judge to cancel the stock. this will mean another hearing following monday or tues. this is what qualey predict that jboxford will do. once stock is delivered or cancelled there will be immediate margin call of 3.55 million shares shorted against this cert. and rest of shares will be called into name.
ok? when i learn more i will tell you. company readies itself for any sec contact from basher complaints. qualey tell me monsanto get 312 phone calls from bashers saying they get sick from ton. these guys are assholes.

You probably already know this but I will tell you anyway. The stock was not returned to the court. The judge has filed a motion of contempt. Somebody is going to jail. Somebody shot 7 rounds into AZNT facility last night. Someone also called Mike Sylver's cell phone and said "you better make a deal or you will be sorry." The FBI is looking into this very seriously. They think Janice knows something about all of this, she did say "news within 24 hours". Tell Mike if you talk to him to please wear a bullet proof vest, these assholes are desperate.

OK, the FBI has signed an agent to the case. They will talk to Janice Shell. AZNT has now received threats of fire bombs at facility in the next 24 hours. When the shorts are in a losing battle, they get violent. I am working with the name George Demanis, unknown to connection. Supposedly Andy Mann is crossing the border to USA this weekend. The FBI is aware of this, and will try to intercept him. Mann has been said to be placing his assets in another name. Attorney for AZNT says,"we can still get him". The DTC is getting uncovered as a corrupt operation..they worked with the shorts. The DTC warned the shorts 3 weeks ago to find shares. The DTC asked JBOxford if they could withstand A 3 million dollar loss against the squeeze..JB said NO. JBOxford reported, unless Andy Mann can cover, we are going to have to release the cert, which can't cover our position. The DTC has told these guys, "the party is over". They are still calling investors holding 144 shares, if they would sell them. There is a company out of Nevada trying to up all the shares (144) they can find. I would have to say, they might have found a few, not what they need. JBOxford has said, they can not handle the loss for this, find your shares or all hell will break loose. i talk to mike about momentum , he just say that REAL shareholders will not sell. i try to convince him that it is important. we will see!

surveillance camera catch all. i believe these guys make it much worse for themself now with criminal charges. we just watch as bashers dig themselfs in deeper and company seeks to cancel stock in court.

Did they get a license plate # or pictures of the criminals. Mike is right about shareholders hanging in there, but it won't last forever. Lets hope we see some action come Wednesday and Thursday. I can't believe how these guys follow and praise Janice. I am anxious to find out WHO sent theses guys to do the shooting and bombing. Thanks again,good luck
