Bob: Yup, they settled with Immunex and have rec'd the first slug of cash. They've also outlined a business plan that focuses on a diagnostic for periodontal disease, investigation of wound healing and adjuvancy for IL-1beta, and the reagents business. They've added a new board member as promised (ex-CEO of Unimed), and their old Chairman has resigned (while in default on a loan from the company, unfortunately). Call Hal Smith at 800-743-6632 for a report on "the direction and strategies that the Board of Directors has set for the Company". Some of the points are discussed in this thread. Rick
