Well, I expect not too many people ever knew this thread existed. What? It's on the hot list?? lol... (o: Always good to know there are a few canoeists and kayakers around. What kind of kayak do you use for fishing? Is it one of the newer "recreational" style yaks?? Those ones that are about 12 ft long and 30 inches wide? I've kind of been considering getting one this summer -- to take out on days when I'm going solo and don't feel like loading and unloading my 15 foot canoe -- not that the canoe is at all heavy, because it isn't, but it's just a little awkward to load/unload and get properly tied down. croc
