Spider, this morning I hooked up some finance people with AZNT. They will have a
conference call this morning. I hope they can work something out. I hear the DTC
president has told his attorneys yesterday to settle this case. They are having a conference
call this morning also. I will let you know what I hear. Things are looking up right now.

The price is dropping almost as fast as it went up. Maybe there will be a rally near closing.

This is why I won't tell him what he wants to hear, until I talk to you. He told me they did
not sell today and won't sell anymore. He says he still owns 30,000 shares himself. He is
acting as if all never happened. He did tell me though that he made a big mistake. People
make mistakes, I understand this, but not at my cost! I believe he posted today to get back
in the loop. I will leave this up to you. Maybe he deserves another chance. I can't hold
grudges, this has always been my down fall. Talk to him, you know him better than I.

ok, i hear that aznt write stipulation & conceeded NOTHING!! they gave dtc not ONE
WORD about stock being free traded stock! GOOD! besides, sylver make great point, if if
stock is dumped into float, it is all used up, once stock is called into name there still is only
780K to be had.regardless AZNT did not conceed this point!

ASAP, today. Quiel is right, don't delay at this point. By the way, I did not here this
through Quiel! Who is the other guy, if you don't mind, up to you. Regardless we need the

no i hear the stipulation was written and sent along. THERE IS NO MENTION
WHATSOEVER THAT THE STOCK IS FREE TRADING, the issue was not addresed,
only that the dtc will be dropped from the suit. as i hear it though, it is irrelevant since the
stock is tied up anyways and will not be called in when all stock is called into name

i heard it was sent overnight fed ex on thursday. this would mean they should have recieved it on Friday, meaning that 24 hrs from friday (working day) would be monday. so lets see! spider
