GREAT website -- thanks. In remembering past trips, I'm remembering too, the black flies, deer flies, etc. etc. After 20 years in the Air Force, I spent roughly the same amount of time running a small group of "shopper, trade papers etc for a family friend and found a product that helped a LOT. Took the form of a patch of "flypaper-like" material that you placed on the back of your hat. The thought is "goofy" but after looking at all the flies on my hat, I'm really impressed by the way it works. I'm no way connected to the family that makes it but if you ever have problems with small flying things, if you'll send me a PM with your address, I'll send you a sample.
