The 15 properties itself is enough to get some attention. But the partnerships they have is the real icing on the cake and should help to hold the price steady until it jumps!

Then there is added exposure down the road when Toquima comes on line.

In my book the only thing better than good properties is good management and the reason I own RMX is because they have both IMHO.
