I will ignore your knee-jerk petty personal attacks, if you don't terribly mind.

Still, would you agree with the author of that post that the world should be more wary towards countries who have previously used WMDs?

And if so, do you think the world would want to qualify that statement with limiting it ONLY to the last twenty years? That is, if another country with nuclear powers engages the US in military combat in the year 2004, do you think they will say "US didn't mind nuking two civilian cities and incinerating their inhabitants before (not to mention how its modern day citizens actually try to rationalize it!) but it's OK because that was more than 20 years ago" ?
