Neo, I didn't say the cold war was over with the Missile Crisis. I said it was won. Different things. Heck, the Berlin Wall came down under the real President Bush, not Reagan, so I guess "wouldn't be prudent" won the Cold War. <VBG> The 100 Years War was won long before the century mark was hit, but it lingered for another couple of decades. Just like the English in the 16th century, the Soviets took awhile to recognize that the game was over.
