The main reason Kerry is winning big is his manliness and proven war heroism, not any particular issues. The turning point was when the Republican Green Beret vet appeared afer 40 years, wept in Joh's arms and told the story about John saving his life in Nam. That story validated everything John's supporters had been saying all along. You couldn't buy that kind of message with 200 million bucks.

Then you look at the firemen, the piloting a chopper, the marksmanship, the hockey playing, the Harley, the band of brothers around him, etc., and you realize this man is the real thing. This manly hero thing is by far more important than any vote he ever made or issue.

Everyone knows no one can vote perfectly over a 19 year career. You're lucky if you get 60% of them right. Plus your right vote could be my wrong vote, and look how wrong GW Bush has been.

The important thing is for the benevolent, honest and wise warrior chieftain to unite this country with with strength. Symbolically, it's like a duel between Bush and Kerry which Kerry seems to have already won like Ylysees coming home to free his country from pretenders.

The Bushies will pour 100+ million into disinformation and smear campaigns now, but I believe they are are finished as Howard Dean is. America has now seen the GW the Emperor has no clothes. Plus Kerry has now made it difficult for Bush to ever use the flag or the troops are campaign props again. Bush will be lucky just to fend off this AWOL story. I have studied it and he is indeed guilty.
