No US employees = no oracle "seat licenses". Everything is procured out of india now at very low ASPs. No US employees means lower enterprise networking traffic I would imagine. Certainly less PCs, routers etc.

Offshore capex counts, but not as much as US based capex. For example Huiwei is something that needs to be addressed when selling to call centers offshore. Not here. I think globalization killed capex, and consequently all former US capex businesses are looking at entering the "consumer market".
