That was not my experience in setting up just such an offshore operation. The same equipment was required there and was often purchased here and shipped there. If it was purchased from India, it was still the same equipment and purchased from here. Seat licenses were also required and purchased here or from there. If anything, more capex was required because of the operation being offshore.
