Thanks! I wanted something that artfully but accurately expressed the denial & detachment from reality that so many folks actually live their lives by. Although I am an occasional daydream believer, I am fully cognizant that I'm indulging in pure fantasy. I just cannot grasp how some folks can cling so firmly to an alternate reality 24/7. Worse still, are those who continue to publicly express their versions of reality with absolute conviction long after it has been clearly discredited. My original concept was to document instances of the more egregious examples of detachment from reality made by folks here on SI. I still do from time to time, but it began to make sense to also document reality based information that stood in stark contrast to those who "continue to continue to pretend". So please feel free to continue posting examples like you did earlier. They are a welcome addition to this thread. ;-) Tim
