I read the paper version of the article and assume u need to pony up to see online version. If it were my subscription I'd forward you the issue but it was a friend's in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Yes, it was great skiing ;-)

Again I truly am thinking about your points as they are powerful arguments. But just to be a tad devil's advocate, wouldn't it be far too costly to try and get water from areas that have abundance to far away areas that need it. Therefore, eating meat raised in areas that have the water does not seem immoral in that the water could never, as a practical matter, get moved across the world to needy areas.
