All you have to do is look at the CBO historical data for income tax receipts in this "recovery" to know we have a problem. Between 2000-2003 income tax receipts have declined and have not registered any significant upturn. Every quarter, we go down further. Corporate income tax, same deal.

The only conclusion is that this isn't a recovery.
